Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chicago follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Mott St is a great spot if you’re looking for creative Asian-inspired food in Chicago. The interior is really well done, and the patio is surprisingly spacious - definitely a nice option when the weather is good. The highlight for me was the jackfruit Mott Burger. As someone who is a vegetarian, I’d easily put this among the best vegetarian burgers I’ve had in Chicago. The combination of flavors and textures really works, and it doesn’t feel like a typical veggie burger. I have also tried the Crispy Chili Cauliflower, which had a good portion size and plenty of flavor, although the glaze was a little too sweet for my liking. For dessert, we went with the Strawberry Daifuku Sticky Rice. It was definitely on the less sweeter side, but we really enjoyed it and were glad we ordered it. Overall, I’d definitely come back for that jackfruit burger!

Mott St is one of those restaurants that really lives up to the hype. I went for brunch, and the burger was highly recommendedβ€”and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. It was absolutely delicious: juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We also ordered the Pork Belly Benedict, and it was just as impressive. The combination of flavors was outstanding, and every bite was worth it. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place that’s worth coming back to. I can’t wait to try more of the menu.

It was my 2nd time to this place. Food is very good. Not many vegetarian options but whatever they have is good except the Silken Tofu dish Love their Oyster Mushrooms. They are so so good, but very small quantity Brussel Sprouts was ok not so great Crispy Chili Cauliflower is also so so good If u like garlic, their Garlic Rice are very good too Deji Delight was good too. And their Lichi Mocktail is fine too.

Visited for the first time on a Friday around 12:30 PM. The place was absolutely packed, so making a reservation is a must for the lunch rush! We were pleasantly surprised by a nice brunch menu that wasn't listed online and ordered a variety of dishes to share. The Highlights: Mott Burger, Kalbi & Eggs, and Shrimp & Grits: All the meats and seafood were incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. Coconut Pancakes & Donuts: The three massive pancakes with hibiscus butter were amazing, and the warm lemon poppyseed donuts are a must-eat while hot! Gai Lan & Papaya Salad: Great savory and sweet/sour flavors with a nice kick. The Lowlights: Sumo Congee ($19): We upgraded to the "Sumo" size, but the portion wasn't actually that big for the price. Issan Sausage: Had a gamey taste that just wasn't for us (though the Sweet Longanisa was great). We paired everything with some refreshing lychee blossom and ginger beers. Overall, the flavors here are absolutely on point, though the prices run a bit high. Twenty dollars for a bowl congee?

The ambiance gives chill and have a good meal with friends. Once the weather warms, the outdoor patio looks like a good time. Greeting by the hostess was friendly and our server was prompt, informed and kind. We started with the misoyaki butterfish and furikake rice. The fish literally was melt in your mouth delicious. The burger was tasty as well. I enjoyed the fresh pickle to balance the richness of the other ingredients. Drinks were well made. I understand the time limit for tables and the need for turnover, however we just ordered dessert and a different host came to our table to tell us directly. We asked if we should cancel dessert, to which he did apologize and said we could complete our meal. I don't recall what we had for dessert because at that point we felt rushed to get up from the table. For future customers, I would recommend checking in with the server first regarding the status of the table before intervening.
